Heads up! PO BOX delivery is available for all products under 22kg and shorter than 1 meter. For larger or heavier items, we kindly ask you to enter a complete physical address at checkout to avoid any delivery delays.

Once your payment goes through, our system will start processing your order right away — which means we can no longer accept changes or cancellations. If you need to return your item after delivery, you can find all the details in our return policy.

To get your order out to you as fast as possible, please make sure your address, contact number and postcode are all correct before you place your order. With the right details confirmed, we will dispatch your parcel within 2 business day. We won’t be able to update your delivery address once payment is done, so a quick double-check goes a long way!

You can expect your order to arrive in 2 to 12 business days. We really recommend leaving us an active email address, so we can easily reach out if we need to update you on anything about your delivery.

We will send your order via Australia Post or a trusted local courier, whichever fits your item’s size and weight best for a safe, smooth journey.
